Records Technician

Regional law firm seeks an experienced, full-time Records Technician. Responsibilities include analysis and resolution of technical problems relating to records management systems, processes, and quality control; develop databases and reports responding to needs of the Records Management Department to manage Firm records. Must work independently with minimal oversight; required to use discretion and judgment to make decisions and to troubleshoot and problem solve autonomously. Position requires a high level of technical expertise and advanced knowledge of legal records management systems; proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and Power Point; excellent communication and customer service skills. Degree in related field required; LegalKEY experience preferred. Excellent salary and benefits. Travel required.
