Records Retention Specialist
Columbia office of regional law firm seeks a Records Retention Specialist. Assists in monitoring and administering the Firm's records management program to meet established retention policies and procedures for paper and electronic records; conducts inventories of new or modified records series and proposes appropriate disposition schedules and disposal applications; conducts administrative process for authorization of inactive records disposition; ensures proper transfer and disposition of records. Should have minimum two years of experience in records, information systems, or archival/information science management. Requires a broad understanding of all aspect s of Records Management knowledge and databases. Legal Records Management experience or law firm experience is desired.
